- Each piece is hand-crafted to order. We typically ship within 2 weeks of payment, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. International shipping is a $30 flat rate to most countries (including Japan, Canada, and the EU). For destinations we can't reach with the flat rate, we'll contact you within one business day with a custom quote.
- Are these actual orthodontic appliances?
- They are miniature replicas hand-crafted using real dental resin, following the same precision techniques used to make actual orthodontic appliances. They are decorative items, not functional dental devices.
- Can I customize a set?
- Yes — contact us with your specific requests for custom configurations.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing for clinics?
- Yes — please contact us for wholesale and bulk order pricing.
- Can I return or exchange?
- Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
